Through a structured intake process, key informant interviews across sectors, and a participant pre-session survey, the facilitation team arrives with a clear picture of where fragmentation is deepest and where readiness to collaborate is strongest. We start with the data, partnerships, and plans you already have.
What the Snapshot looks for:
- what your region already has (programs, partnerships, data)
- who holds which pieces of the picture
- where what's being taught and what's being built have drifted apart
- what people know but haven't said out loud
- where the region is ready to move first
What you get: one shared picture of where learning and hiring have drifted apart in your region, and where the region is ready to move first. Findings are about the system, not about any one organization. Nobody is graded, and nobody is exposed alone. Participants have opportunities to provide input anonymously.
