We design collaborative processes to enable employers and educators to create systemic change.
Our Mission is to facilitate regional coalitions to innovate alignment between employers and educators faster. Through technology, interactive dialogue replaces front of the room presentations —transforming discussion into collective action. That’s the foundation of Collaboration-as-a-Service™
WebStudy Foundation (WSF) is a nonprofit solution shop dedicated to helping regions move beyond siloed workforce initiatives by aligning employers, educators, civic leaders, and talent pipeline partners around future job demand.
Unlike initiatives that focus solely on programs, our collaborative convenings enable multiple organizations to create the context to coordinate employment needs, credential alignment, qualified talent and long-term economic vitality, helping regions prepare not just for today’s labor market but for 2030 and beyond.
WebStudy Foundation is a first-of-its-kind nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to aligning employers and educators through structured regional convenings that turn fragmented efforts into coordinated strategy. The WebStudy Foundation was not created from theory. It was built from four decades of direct experience inside the fragmented systems it now helps align. Gisele and her husband, Curt Corbi are aspiring philanthropists committed to making a difference. Gisele has spent more than 20 years in corporate training and talent development, strengthening professional development through changes such as third-party reimbursement. Gisele had a front-row seat to systemic change—first in healthcare, now in education.
As insiders, they witnessed a consistent pattern: “employers struggled to find aligned talent, while educators worked tirelessly to produce credentials, yet the two systems rarely operated in sync.” They understood early on that programs stall not from lack of effort, but from lack of alignment.
Our ‘offer’ of collaborative convenings was inspired by experts who solve wicked challenges with large-group engagement and collaboration. The collaboration framework stems from a facilitated methodology called “Virtuous Meetings” where mutual understanding leads to collective solutions, and participants gain a sense of ownership to work across organizations.
The challenges in front of us are too great to rely on conferences and sage-on-stage meeting formats. WebStudy Foundation enables educators and employers to turn silos into systems, region by region.
WebStudy Foundation brings together cross-sector expertise in facilitation, systems design, and higher education leadership.

Where are communication gaps stalling progress in your region?
What efforts feel stuck, despite everyone’s good intentions?
Where are resources being duplicated instead of amplified?
What opportunities are being missed because systems aren’t connected?
Before systems align, trust must align.
Our values shape how we convene participants, guide regional dialogue, and steward long-term sustainable transformation. They define not just what we aim to achieve, but how we achieve it.
Active Listening
We begin by listening to employers, educators, civic leaders, and community stakeholders. Regional alignment starts with understanding real conditions before proposing coordinated action.
Integrity
We uphold transparency, accountability, and clarity in every convening. Trust is the foundation of collective impact, and it must be earned and protected.
Continuous Learning (Fail Forward)
Workforce systems evolve. We embrace data-informed iteration, learning, and adaptation to strengthen long-term outcomes rather than defend outdated models.
Move from fragmented workforce efforts to a coordinated regional strategy.
