- What to Expect -

Make your voice heard in this multi-stakeholder convening of grant seekers and grant funders to collectively explore funding innovation at scale.

In this session, we will focus on possible solutions to reduce the elongated timetables common in grantmaking to enable philanthropy to generate an impactful return on investment.

Using our collaborative portal, we’ll engage in several iterative cycles of thinking together over the fastest 90 minutes you’ve ever experienced. This approach energizes engagement, rapidly builds consensus, and saves time compared to typical committee meetings or large-scale convenings.

- Rationale -

What gets lost in when timetables are elongated?

For each letter of inquiry submitted by each grant seeker, the funding decision may take 10-15 months before the grant is awarded. Throughout those long months, what gets lost?

Environmental changes may occur.

Unanticipated staff changes

Addressing inter-departmental concerns and objections takes time

The probability of success for scalable best practices lessens
